So far I am satisfied with LG’s appliances’ performances i.e. front load washing machine (inverter); split type a/c dual inverter; ref (no frost, smart inverter, exclusive model) and CL88.
Based on my actual experiences LG’s GM, head of customer service and accredited service center tech team were pro active even during the pandemic and emergency situations.
LG’s technology is advance compare to other brands; LG also gives warranty (to some appliances) of up to 10 years while others would only give 5 years (and has to demand for consumer’s right reference DTI’s mandate)
Very poor customer service for TV product. Contacted their CS on TV model and they are not capable of providing any helpful info. They just know how to ask repeatedly for name and cell phone nbr. End up, bought from XiaoMi instead.
LG Philippines has the worst repair service. They hire third parties to do the repairs. They rescheduled the service of our A/C unit everyday for 2 straight weeks. Their office would schedule their crew and then send them crew to the province that would make it impossible for them to keep their appointments. For the amount that I paid for hotel accommodation during the time that I waited for them to come, I could've bought a new unit... which I eventually did because their repair crew never arrived! I made a mistake of buying all LG appliances for my condo: A/C unit, washer/dryer and fridge. Now I know that if any of them fails, I will need to buy a replacement because their repair service is non-existent. Beware buying LG appliances because it is as good as disposable electronics. Too bad there are no "0" stars. This company deserves it.
I'm very disappointed in the brand. I purchased a 65" inch LG nanocell tv in 2019,and basically logged less than 8,000 hours of viewing, as we only use the LG TV around 4-5 hours a day. Long story short, the TV basically died a few days ago. Now these nanocell panels are supposed to last up to 30 years and 100,000 hours which is a far cry from what I experienced. A super high-end LG TV lasting 4 years and just 8,000 hours is very, very, very disappointing.
I just got a quote from LG Philippines that I have no other option but to replace the defective part, and that it would cost me PhP50,000. 00, and also that this was already a discounted price. Effectively, I would have to pay 25% of the MSRP to repair an LG TV that only worked for 12% of its projected service life. I truly wished that LG Philippines would stand behind their product,and offer their consumers a better product, and better after-sales value. I really wonder how anyone would feel if their expensive TV would stop working after just 4 years of normal use.
Terribly disappointing to have to deal with this situation. I chose LG for the supposedly quality of their high-end TV's, and now I have a 65" inch black frame in my theater.

Stay away, stay very far away. There are other TV brands in the market place. I just can't recommend LG TV's.
As consumers, we decide with our wallets. I hope this review helps other consumers to decide with their wallets, and take their hard earned money far away from LG TV's.
Great Phone Customer Service. Courteous and efficient. I thought it was going to be a pain to request the setup of a washer I purchased 16 months ago; but to my surprise, the service rep lady (Ivy) immediately pulled up my details through my caller ID, got my preferred date and time, set me up with the installer, explained the next steps in the process, and gave me a reference number. Very courteous and efficient. Good job, LG.
The service is more than satisfactory and rather quick.
I picked up a replacement remote and got what i need. The lady at the front desk was multi tasking and accomodating. She even arranged for a technical staff to address my concerns.
The waiting area has a wide screen LED TV making the short wait seem even shorter
I already paid for initial payment thru gcash but until now there was no crew from your office appear to fix our problems with the unit. Nobody responded on my inquiries today. My money has not been returned as well.
Service is absolutely amazing. Staff are friendly, even the guards. And the 30 minutes waiting time was accurate as stated when I called them as I was trying to buy a battery replacement for my phone. The customer service has a lounge where waiting customers can wait and watch TV.
